Sea Kayak Bookings

To check the availability for certain dates and tours, follow these simple instructions below:

1. Select between Kayak Vacations and Kayak Expeditions in the tab below the calendar.
2. Select a single date in the calendar within the date range that you are interested in.
3. The individual tours taking place on that date will list themselves below the calendar with their price ranges and spots available.
4. Click on surrounding dates in the calendar to view other tours taking place around the same timeframe.
5. Click on the individual tour to be taken to the booking page.
6. If you can’t find anything that quite fits your needs, please email us and we will be happy to attempt to sort something out for you personally.

Upon submission, we will review your reservation. In rare cases, we may need to suggest an alternate date, and will provide details at that time.

2. Click ‘Book Now’ to be taken to the reservation screen.
3. If you can’t find anything that quite fits your needs, please call our office and we will be happy to attempt to sort something out for you personally!

All enquiries are reviewed before reservation is confirmed via email. Completing this form is not a confirmation in itself. If there is a conflict due to unforeseen circumstances we will call you personally and try to work out a solution that is beneficial for all our guests.

Please note: Our day tour schedule is fluid and initial day tour offerings may change until a tour is confirmed with at least 4 guests.

Below you can check the availability of our kayak rentals for both multi-day and single-day rentals.

To check availability / make a booking:

1. Select the product or location desired in the tabs at the top of the widget.
2. Choose your dates in the calendar.
3. Click ‘Availability’ to check the number of available items for the dates selected, or ‘Book Now’ to be taken to our Booking Form and Payment Screen.
4. To book additional products (eg. additional kayaks, lessons, rental equipment), you will need click the ‘Add to Booking’ button on the booking page.
5. Please contact our office at 604-483-2160 if the system indicates an item is unavailable, or if you have any other questions, and we will see what we can do to accommodate you.

Booking notes:​

• All prices are in CAD. 
• Upon completing the reservation form, you will receive a pre-confirmation email.
• Due to limitations of the online booking system, we need to manually review all bookings. Your invoice will arrive via email within 24 hours.
• To confirm your reservation, you must pay in full with a credit card after receiving the invoice (hit the ‘Pay Now’ button on invoice).
• Our Cancellation Policy will be in effect from this time.
• Gift Certificates are required to be paid in full at time of booking.

Discounts:

• Rentals 10 days or more will automatically have a 15% discount applied at the time of booking.

Additional Charges May Apply:

• In certain situations, additional charges may apply to a booking – such as when renters choose to ‘do the loop’ from Okeover to Lund. These charges are not shown at this booking screen but will be added to the final payment. All these additional charges are described under the relevant sections of our website.
